What is Vibration Training?

Vibration training is not a new concept and is not a fad!  This type of training has been around for over 30 years: it was originally researched as a treatment for osteoporosis and muscle wastage in cosmonauts.  As the trials progressed, it was found to influence the body in many other ways.  Vibration training can do something for everyone.  It works the body in four totally separate ways to get health benefits that would normally only arise from working for hours in the gym.  On a VibroGym, this only takes 12 minutes.

Treadmills
Running burns around 600 calories per hour.

A high intensity, albeit high impact way to strip body fat and improve cardio-respiratory fitness. Running, as does walking, involves all the lower body, only on a much larger scale.

Elliptical Cross Trainers
A totally impact free workout.

Undoubtedly one of the most popular and best pieces of fitness equipment to hit the market in years. Impact free with the smooth and continuous movement that the cross trainer creates. Burn the calories away with this total body workout routine.

Bikes
Cycling burns around 600 calories per hour.

Cycling has the advantage of being lower impact, which makes it suitable for everyone. As an aerobic activity, it is a high intensity way to burn body fat and helps carve detail into the quads.

Rowing Machines
Rowing burns around 840 calories per hour.

Rowing on a machine provides a low impact, excellent total body workout. It strengthens the heart and improves circulation while developing the various main muscle groups; the back, abdomen, arms, shoulders and legs.
